1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 778bet platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These terms form the entire agreement between you and 778bet with respect to your use of the platform. If you do not accept these terms in full, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

778bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player cannot satisfy the age verification requirement, their account will be suspended and any winnings accrued while underage will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 778bet platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully liable for all activity conducted under your account. 778bet may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a national ID, passport, or driver's licence — at registration or at any point thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 778bet platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

778bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitute fraud and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• 778bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was issued due to a technical error, human error, or third-party system fault.
• Promotional terms, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps, are non-negotiable and are communicated clearly in the promotion details.
• Free bets and free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings generated from free bets and free spins (after wagering requirements are satisfied) are withdrawable.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and game rounds placed on the 778bet platform are subject to the game-specific rules published on the relevant game or sports section of the platform. General betting conditions include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless an obvious pricing error has occurred and is identified by 778bet's trading team.
• In the event of a technical fault that prevents the completion of a game round, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious errors in published odds (also referred to as "palpable errors") may be corrected by 778bet at its discretion. Bets placed on such odds may be settled at the corrected price or voided, at 778bet's sole discretion.
• Match result disputes on sports bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and removal at any time in response to real-time match events. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid under the terms applicable at time of acceptance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 778bet platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or loopholes in bonus systems ("bonus abuse").
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information betting.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

8 Responsible Gaming

778bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through the account settings panel. 9 Account Suspension & Termination

778bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a player has violated these Terms & Conditions; a player's activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation; a player fails identity or age verification; or a player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 778bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment delays. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 778bet makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. 778bet will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

11 Amendments to Terms

778bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or contact number associated with their account, and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the 778bet platform shall first be referred to the 778bet customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support process, the dispute may be escalated through formal channels in accordance with applicable legal procedures. 778bet is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will engage with all formally submitted complaints in good faith.
